Pizzeria Uno

I recently watched the Food Wars episode on Chicago Pizza, where they pitted Lou Malnati’s against Pizzeria Uno. In case you haven’t watched it yet, I won’t say who won. But I will say that I agree with the choices the judges made.
So I went out to pay homage to where Chicago deep-dish was born, Pizzeria Uno’s. It was a lovely day out and I ate outside with friends. We ordered the pepperoni and sausage. Delicious!
