Xia Fish Noodles (เซียะก๋วยเตี๋ยวปลา)
Chiang Mai is known for it’s noodles. I was still having stomach issues so I didn’t spice up my noodle soup at all really. I did try a variety of noodles out, all of which were delicious, but favorite is always the fat/thick white noodles.
