Ko Khun

Every so often I enjoy grilling my own meat/food. But in Thailand, at Ko-khun Kuntong Phonyangkhum (โคขุน คุณทอง โพนยางคำ), it’s an outdoor place. Mosquitoes, hot weather, and warm wind make it less than ideal to cook. The spatter from the oil on the hot plate was splashing onto my arm– rather painful. Besides such unpleasantries, the food is pretty good.
