Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle

I’ve given a lot of praise to Daikokuya Ramen in LA’s Little Tokyo. A friend recommended me to try Tsujita for their soba-like dipping ramen, tsukemen. You can drink the broth after finishing the noodles.

I really enjoyed the ramen here and look forward to returning for lunch in the near future. It should be noted that this ramen is only served for lunch 11-3:30pm everyday.
