Cai

I don’t think it’s a secret that I generally don’t think too highly of Chicago’s Chinese food. Every place is just like everywhere else practically. Well, the same goes for Cai’s dim sum. The service here was also pretty sub-standard. Maybe it’s because we arrived when they opened right at 9am on a weekday, but I find that hardly to be an excuse.
